Young black man raped with police baton while other police officers watched (photos/video)

22-year-old youth worker, Theo, is being treated in hospital for a deep anal tear after he was raped by a police officer with a police baton while other police officers watched in Aulnay-sous-Bois, France.

Theo who has had surgery and now has to pass out waste using a colostomy bag revealed that he was stopped by the officers who went on to throw racist insults at him while they beat him. Along the line, one of the officers drove his baton into Theo's anal opening causing him to fall face down.

"I had no strength left. It was as if my body had left myself. I thought I was going to die," Theo said.
Afterward, they told him to sit down, but he was too weak to comply and they teargassed him and hit him on the head to make him comply. Eventually, he was handcuffed and put into the police car where he was spat on, insulted and beaten on his private parts. It was only when he got to the station that one of the officers saw his injury and arranged for him to be taken to the hospital.
There is a CCTV footage in circulation that allegedly shows four officers as they attack him, one of them forcing his baton into Theo's anus after they stopped him in the street during an identity check. As at Monday, bloodstains were still visible where the alleged attack happened.
The police officer has denied this and argued that Theo’s injury was an accident, in which his tracksuit bottoms fell down and the baton penetrated him. A lawyer for the officer also said that ‘the blow had been carried out in a totally involuntary manner, without his being aware of any injury.’
One officer was charged with aggravated rape and three others were charged with aggravated assault. All have been suspended from their positions and face trial.
Meanwhile, there have been riots every night since the alleged rape, with the police station vandalized and hundreds of people joining marches calling for justice.

Kim and Kanye get an early start to Valentine's day with date night

Power couple, Kim and Kanye, seem to be gradually easing into the Valentine mood. The pair were seen out last night at an Italian eatery after stopping off at the celebrity hot spot Epione. Afterward, they stopped by at Baskin-Robbins where Kanye can be seen munching on an ice cream cone.

The love birds were plagued with rumors of a troubled marriage earlier in the year, following Kanye's breakdown, but they seem to have resolved their differences and are back to being the romantic couple we all love to keep up with.

Unbothered Ivanka Trump visits White House with youngest child as more retailers drop her fashion line

Four more retailers have followed Nordstrom's lead to drop Ivanka Trump's fashion brand from their store. Belk, Jet, SHopStyle and Home Shopping Networks, all stores that used to stock the first daughter's fashion brand, have announced that they will no longer carry her brands.

This boycott is believed to be a result of the #GrabYourWallet campaign geared towards boycotting businesses that the Trump family profit from.
However, the first daughter seemed unfazed by this new development as she was seen at the White House, holding onto her 10-month-old son, Theodore, as she took a phone call while her husband, Jared Kushner, was at a listening session with her father, President Trump. She shared the photo on her Instagram page and wrote;
"Taking a call in the White House with my personal assistant Theodore."
As at yesterday a search for 'Ivanka Trump' on the online stores of Belk, Jet, ShopStyle and Home Shopping Network no longer showed any of Ivanka's items for sale. Meanwhile, just like Nordstrom, these stores have denied that the move was politically motivated and claim it has to do with a massive drop in sales.
Jill Kermes, HSN's head of corporate affairs spoke about the company's decision to Buzzfeed, saying,
"At HSN we are non-partisan and our product decisions are based solely on a continual evaluation related to our business"
A representative from Belk also disclosed that their decision to remove Ivanka Trump's merchandise was based on the performance of the brands they carry.

€1m scammer dodges jail because of a child

A woman who admitted to stealing some €1m from various individuals escaped prison on Tuesday due to a law which essentially prohibits custodial sentences for pregnant women or mothers of children under three-years-old under certain criteria.
Isavella Constantinou, a former banker, was fined €125,000 – not payable immediately – after she admitted to charges including obtaining money under false pretences and money laundering in connection with taking around €1.04m from friends, co-workers and family promising high-yield investments.
Police had told the court that over €2m had passed through the woman’s hands since March 2011 but she had returned half of it.
The court heard that the 36-year-old, who used to work for Piraeus Bank before she got the sack because of the case, had defrauded two groups of people.
To her co-workers at the bank she had lied, saying her husband, also a bank employee at Hellenic, had successfully donated bone marrow, something she said the bank had rewarded him for by allowing him access to a high-interest account in which they could invest.
To her friends and relatives, according to her statement, she had also lied, saying due to her low salary but high work performance she had been rewarded with the right to take part in a high interest investment plan they could share in.
The woman was arrested in October last year but on Tuesday she was set free because of a law that bans, under certain conditions, the state from jailing pregnant women or mothers of children under the age of three.
Passed in 2005, the law states that custodial sentence cannot be imposed unless the court judges the offence serious enough, taking into account its nature in combination with the circumstances.
Also, jail time cannot be imposed unless violence has been exercised against an individual while committing the offence and the court judges that the mother constitutes a danger to society.
These provisions will not be enforced if the offences in question relate to domestic violence – mother against her underage child or stepchild, or any other minor living with her – or they violate drugs laws.

“14 things you would hear when you catch her cheating”

1. “Baby I’m sorry”
It’s true that most women hate to be at the receiving end when it comes to accepting faults. Once a lady is caught cheating she will be the first to tender her apology. Even when they know the apology at that moment is irrelevant. (Would she be if she wasn’t caught? No bro.)
2. “It wasn’t me, I swear.”
After an attempt to apologise, some women when caught cheating will out-rightly deny their actions, even when you have photo proof. Even if you walked in on them in the act, they could even say you were hallucinating. Some of them are related to one minister like that wey him name start with “L.”
3. “It is the work of the devil”
It is always the devil, the poor dude has really suffered. Their godmother Eve don set the pace so na follow them dey follow so.

4. “I don’t know what came over me.”
Very common! They try to hide under the pretence of “I don’t know what came over me”. The question is, were they possessed or hypnotised?
5. “He is my uncle.
Zaga that! Say hello to her long lost relative after that mehn. Note, you’re prolly her cousin (or “balogun the electrician”) to one of her suitors, too, you know. #WehDonMa
6. “He is just a friend.”
Lol, una wan be enemies before?! Hehehe as if we were born and brought up with “BOO” written on my foreheads na. We were never “friends” before or na BoyEnemy I be, not boyfriend. OloriBOOruku somebody.
7. “It is not what it looks like.”
Sure, na chinese film and I came in without buying movie ticket. Lol this is the silliest of them all mehn. It even sounds stupid when I hear it in movies.
8. “I don’t even know him.
Oooshey! Mama the mama!

9. “It was an accident.”
Along Lagos-Ibadan expressway perhaps. How many casualties were involved dear? Hope no lives were lost?
10. “He forced me.”
Yes. A man who can force a lady from her papa house reach him house through electronic wave, force am into him room, force her leg open and then force himself in deserves a place Guinness Book of Record.
11. “It is your fault; you were not there for me.”
Really? But the other guy was always there for you; before, during and after the relationship? You no even complain? E sa nu mi ooo… Just say you want to kponse and stop littering our ears with lie jare.
12. “I still love you, he is nobody to me.”
Tales by moonlight.

13. “Don’t you trust me?”
I trust you, I swear down, I trust you die.
14. “Please give me another chance”
Like I should give you another bullet to shoot at me again after missing the first time? Do we look like masochists?

North Cyprus no longer safe haven for fugitives from justice

In a landmark decision, British High Court judges have ruled that the UK police can co-operate with law enforcement agencies in North Cyprus, Turkish Cypriot daily ‘Havadis’ reports.
According to the ruling, fugitives who refuse to return to Britain to face trial can be prosecuted in North Cyprus instead.
The paper republished the article by the ‘Daily Telegraph’, reporting that 60-year-old businessman, Hasan Akarcay, who is suspected of involvement in serious drugs crimes and fled the UK for Northern Cyprus in 2006, will be prosecuted in the TRNC now, after the results of the UK investigation were passed on to the authorities in North Cyprus.
The paper further reported the following:
“Akarcay’s legal team took the case to the High Court, where they claimed the passing of evidence and assistance to Turkish Cyprus was illegal. His lawyers argued that co-operating amounted to an “act of recognition” by the UK of Northern Cyprus. That was illegal, because it breached the terms of repeated UN Security Council resolutions, they claimed. But rejecting the challenge, Lord Justice Burnett said there was no duty in UK law upon the government to refrain from recognising Northern Cyprus.”

South Cyprus refuses to extradite criminal suspects to the TRNC

Co-chair of the Bio-communal Technical Committee on Crime and Criminal Matters, Hakki Onen has reacted to the “lack of sensitivity” by the Greek Cypriot administration on the issue of extradition of criminals.
Onen ‘Kibris Postasi’ that the Greek Cypriots consider that “if they cooperate with the extradition of criminals [to the north], this would mean that they recognise the TRNC or that the TRNC’s status will be upgraded”. He further added that as a lawyer, he does not want to see criminals evading prosecution and argued that the Greek Cypriot side does not have the same attitude.
Recalling that the Turkish Cypriots have asked for 19 offenders who have fled to the south, to be handed over, since the majority of them are facing drugs-related charges, Onen said that south Cyprus refuses to extradite them, claiming that they have not committed any crime.
Referring to the case of the 33-years old person with the initiatives B.P. who is facing charges for sexual assault against a child, Onen explained that this person escaped to Germany from the south and added that the Greek Cypriot police had not provided any help to the authorities in the north to assist with his arrest.
Also, referring to the two suspects that killed British tourist George Henry Low in Ayia Napa last summer, Onen explained that one of them has not being deported from the TRNC, as was claimed in the press, while the second suspect is serving a prison sentence.

Guzelyurt not marked for return on Turkish Cypriot map

Guzelyurt not marked for return on Turkish Cypriot map

Guzelyurt was not included in the map submitted by the Turkish Cypriot side at the Geneva talks and is a big obstacle for the successful outcome of the Cyprus negotiations, ‘Kibris Postasi’ reports.
Citing high level sources, the newspaper writes that the map submitted by the Turkish Cypriot side, according to which the Turkish Cypriot founding state will consist of 29.2%, Guzelyurt/Morphou was not included.
At the same time, Guzelyurt, as well as some villages in the Karpaz region, were included in the map submitted by the Greek Cypriot side, which provides that the Turkish Cypriot founding state will consist of 28.2%.
The paper wrote that many investments were made in Guzelyurt after the 2004 Annan Plan and added that the area is a red line issue for the Greek Cypriot side.
Citing the same sources, the paper wrote that the date of the next Cyprus Conference, that will take place in Geneva in March, has not been determined yet. However a possible date could be the period between 5 -10th March.

Iran and China respond to Trump's tough talk with massive military drills

Iran and China are two countries that top President Trump's enemy list and they are responding to the United State president's tough talk by carrying out elaborate and provocative military drills.

On Friday, the Trump administration imposed sanctions on 25 Iranian individuals and entities supporting the Revolutionary Guards’ ballistic missile program.

This sanction was triggered by an Iranian ballistic missile test that the US said violated a UN Security council resolution which prohibits the launch of missiles capable of carrying nuclear weapons. In the case of China, Trump criticized them for devaluing its currency to hurt U.S. imports and building "a massive military complex in the middle of the South China Sea." This attack on China came after China complained about the recent relations between Trump and Taiwan which China considers threatening.
In response to Trump's sanctions and talks, both countries seem to be tightening their defense and security in case they need to defend themselves. Iran conducted military exercises and rolled out new weapons that its leaders said would help national defense, and China tested a new missile following Trump's Twitter assault on Beijing’s expansion in the South China Sea.

Iran's newest weapons; a guided missile, a grenade launcher, a rifle and a pistol, were displayed by Iran's defense minister, Brig. Gen. Hossein Dehqan, and he warned Washington that Iran will act against any hostile action from the United States.
"If the enemy makes a mistake our roaring missiles will hit their targets," Brig. Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Aerospace Force, said during massive air defense drills.
Iran also warned that if attacked by Washington, its missiles would target the U.S. 5th Fleet based in Bahrain, American installations in the Indian Ocean and the Israeli city of Tel Aviv.
"These points are all within the range of Iran's missile systems, and they will be razed to the ground if the enemy makes a mistake. And only seven minutes is needed for the Iranian missile to hit Tel Aviv." Mojtaba Zonour, a member of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said.
On their part, China tested a multi-warhead, nuclear-capable missile that has a 600-mile range and can reach targets in Taiwan, Korea and Japan, as well as moving ships at sea. The missile is launched from a mobile pad which makes it hard to find and destroy before launch. The missile’s warhead can adjust its path to strike slow-moving targets and evade anti-missile defenses such as the U.S. Patriot system deployed by Taiwan.
China’s state-controlled media said the U.S. would need to “wage war” to stop China’s access to a series of artificial islands it has built in the South China Sea. The fortified islands are in oil-rich waters that are home to busy shipping lanes and are also claimed by the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Brunei.

Intersex is a general term used for a variety of conditions in which a person is born with a reproductive or sexual anatomy that doesn't seem to fit the typical definitions of female or male.

Nicolas Cage's son arrested for DUI after crashing car into tree following police chase (photos)

Nicholas Cage's son, Weston Cage, was arrested over the weekend for driving under the influence, DUI, after he got into a minor car accident and fled from the police during a chase.

The 26-year old actor and son of actor Nicholas Cage with ex-girlfriend, Christina Fulton, was driving a Chevy Camaro on Saturday afternoon when he got into an accident in San Fernando Valley.

The father-of-one settled with the other driver and exchanged information before fleeing the scene for fear of the police being called in.

He then led the police on a chase during which he lost control of his car, veered onto a lawn, and took out a row of mailboxes and a street sign. His car was stopped after it crashed into a tree and he was arrested. Prior to his arrest, Weston stopped by at the hospital to get checked out for injuries.

This is not the first time Weston is getting on the wrong side of the law. In 2011, he was arrested twice for domestic violence towards his first wife Nikki Williams. He later checked into a rehab to treat alcohol addiction and came out saying he was now sober.

Stay clear North Korea, China & Iran! US and Japan successfully carry out Anti-Missile test (photos)

As the battle for world Supremacy and control over Asia's military space goes on, the United States has continued to show it won't relent in it's efforts to continue global order and crack down on any military monopoly China and North Korea are trying to play out in Asia, as the U.S in conjunction with ally Japan launched & successfully intercepted a ballistic missile over the weekend.

Iran and China conducted military drills this week in response to Trump's tough talk towards them ( read here), while North Korea has promised to launch attacks that could destroy a country as large as 'Los Angeles'

Now, the US Missile Defense Agency and Japan's Defense Agency has announced that the USS John Paul Jones detected, tracked and took down a ballistic missile using its onboard Aegis Missile Defense System and a Standard Missile-3 Block IIA interceptor, a test which took place off the Hawaiian island of Kauai.

With this test, Asian super powers like Iran, China and North Korea know that any attack on American soil or on allies of America in Asia, will be intercepted and met with serious repercussions.

The U.S have also said they will defend Japanese Islands along the South China sea, claimed by China, while the U.S in conjunction with South Korea will this year deploy the THAAD -- Terminal High Altitude Area Defense -- anti-missile system.
"Today's test demonstrates a critical milestone in the cooperative development of the SM-3 Block IIA missile," the director of the Missile Defense Agency, Vice Adm. Jim Syring, said in a statement.
"The missile, developed jointly by a Japanese and US government and industry team, is vitally important to both our nations and will ultimately improve our ability to defend against increasing ballistic missile threats around the world."
